Terms of Service

By accessing or using the APRIL (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Who we are

The Service is operated by Individual Entrepreneur registered in the Russian Federation (“Operator”).

2) What the Service offers

APRIL is a web service for practicing English through dialogue with AI for text and/or voicewith:

  • responses in the same format,
  • short and clear corrections,
  • translation by button,
  • maintenance of context,
  • progress tracking (practice time and error patterns).

3) Eligibility

The Service is intended for over 18 years old.

4) Free plan and paid plans

  • Free: until 5 messages without an account.
  • After the free limit, you must inform your email to purchase a plan.

Prices (USD):

  • Monthly: US$ 20 per month
  • Annual: US$ 59 per year

Taxes, IOF, bank fees, and currency conversion may be applied by your bank/operator and are your responsibility.

5) Payments and renewal

  • Payments are processed via Robokassa.
  • By subscribing, you authorize the charge of the applicable amount for the chosen plan.
  • If there is automatic renewal (when applicable), this will be indicated in the payment/subscription flow. You can cancel as per the user/account area when available.

6) Cancellation

You can cancel the subscription according to the features available in your account. Cancellation stops future charges (when applicable), but does not immediately terminate access: you can continue using the Service until the end of the already paid period.

Cancellation does not generate a refund for the ongoing period (monthly or annual), including in cases of partial use or non-use of the Service.

7) Refunds (No refund policy after the start of the paid period)

By contracting a plan, you gain immediate access to the Service for the selected period (monthly or annual). For this reason, we do not offer refunds after the start of the paid period, even if the Service is used partially or not used at all.

Exceptions: we can evaluate refunds only in cases of duplicate charges, proven undue charges, or serious technical failures that prevent access to the Service for a relevant period. Requests must be sent to ml.st.hudiev@gmail.comwith the account email and the transaction receipt/ID.

8) Acceptable use

You agree to no:

  • using the Service for illegal activities;
  • submit content that violates third-party rights (copyright, privacy);
  • submit malware, exploit vulnerabilities, automate abuse, bypass usage limits;
  • harass, threaten, spread hate or violence;
  • attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.

We can block or suspend access in case of violation, suspicion of fraud/abuse, or security risk.

9) User content and licenses

You retain your rights over the content you submit. To operate the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content (including submission to AI providers) for the purpose of generating responses, corrections, translations, and progress metrics.

10) AI: limitations and exemptions

The Service uses AI and may:

  • make mistakes,
  • generate inaccurate responses,
  • not to replace teachers, professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

You are responsible for how you use the responses. Use critical thinking.

11) Availability and changes

We can change, suspend, or terminate the Service (in whole or in part), including features and plans, for technical, legal, or product reasons. When reasonable, we will inform you of relevant changes.

12) Intellectual property

The software, brand, design, and materials of the Service (except user content) belong to the Operator or licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer, except as permitted by law.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be responsible for:

  • indirect losses, lost profits, special/consequential damages,
  • decisions made based on AI-generated content,
  • failures due to third parties (providers, internet, payments).

Total liability, when applicable, will be limited to the amount paid by you for the Service during the period of 30 days prior to the event that generated the complaint.

14) Privacy and cookies

The use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policythat are part of these Terms.

15) Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to the Operator, respecting consumer protection and data protection regulations applicable to the user when required by law. We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably before formal measures.
